which fan expansions you will recommend for @wonderboy as new player of Carcassonne?

For me nice fan expansions are:
Forture Teller 2
Vistas (of course, I'm working on redesign to current Carcassonne edition as Beautiful Vistas)
New Forest
Fishermen + Fluvium
Cliffs & Waterfalls - extra Cliffs for fight with "farmers" when used River (of Fluvium) expansion
