while playing Carcassonne with quite a few expansion sets, we have run into the following question.
When you are allowed an extra card (for instance because of the card in The Messages that tells you to take and place an extra card), and you then put it in a town (or on a road) where you have a Builder, are you then allowed to take yet another card because of the Builder? Or not because it was not the first card that you pulled that you put in the town (or on the road) of the Builder?
